Once abroad, GMA provides the company with a Business Development Manager. Its role is to continuously monitor the flow of information from a market to the company and vice versa as well as permanently and continuously interfacing with that market in an effective and, above all, efficient manner.

The BD Manager will be available to your company from 25 to 50 hours a month until the company’s arrival in the foreign market is truly operational and the internationalisation process is completed. You can then interface with it through your Market Architect who, alongside you in the company, coordinates the internationalisation plan.

The BD Manager has strong commercial experience, but above all knows, lives and breathes the local culture of the market you want to enter.
